BENDERRAnews, 12/5/18 (Jakarta): Lippo Group spoke about negative issues that hit the company, from the development of Meikarta City to the related issues of the founding family.
Lippo Group Chairman James Riady dismisses rumors that his family is in good shape.It brushed aside the issue of social media on the health of Lippo Group founder Mochtar Riady.
“Some say my dad (Mochtar Riady) is sick.This is my hoax, my dad is in great healthy condition, “he said in a written statement on Friday (5/11/18).
James added that even Mochtar Riady was celebrating his 89th birthday in Sydney, Australia.
Therefore he asserted that the outstanding issues about Lippo Group and his family are hoaxes.
“Someone said there was a seizure of property.That is absolutely not true.The public knows we are concerned about our family and family very harmoniously.Such Hoax is now widely circulated in social media,” he said, according Indonesia News and Detik.com.
Traveled around Java
He also explained that in the past two months his father traveled around Java to inaugurate several projects Lippo Group.
In Jember, Mochtar Riady inaugurated Superblock with total investment of Rp 1 trillion in the form of Siloam Hospital and Lippo Plaza Jember on 26 April 2018.

Previously, rumors Mochtar Riady sickly because the Meikarta project is not working.The news was also followed by another issue stating that the contractor stopped working on the apartment project in the mega superblock in Cikarang.
